Carrie Lederer’s complex and captivating artworks take the forms and systems found in nature and spin them off into new dimensions, creating spectacular super-natural worlds beyond our earthly reality, teeming with sheer lunatic exuberance. Drawing inspiration from her daily walk through her family garden, Lederer creates her fantastical artworks in paintings, drawings, and mixed media sculptures and installations composed of an abundance of found objects and materials.
